Funmi Onajide

BOARD LEAD

Over the last 30 years, Funmi Onajide has worked in various positions in corporate Nigeria. A lawyer by training, she has held senior positions in leading financial institutions and the telecommunications industry.
She is the Board Lead at Brooks and Blake Ltd and she occupies Board positions in a number of organizations including UCML Capital Limited.
Since her departure from MTN Nigeria in 2015, where she was the General Manager, Corporate Affairs, she has consulted for numerous multinational and local companies in her personal capacity and as a partner at Brooks and Blake. Funmi plays an important role in developing communication and engagement strategies for businesses in key sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Sola Fijabi

MANAGEMENT LEAD

A Chartered Marketer (CIM UK), and an alumnus of Leeds University Business School, UK. He has over 17 years cognitive experience in Marketing Communications and is a member of national and international professional bodies including NIPR, E-Marketing Association and AMBA UK. He was a member of the team that helped in establishing Nigeria as the fastest growing market for Guinness in the world.

Taiwo Ogunwumi

TEAM LEAD

A Chartered Economist and seasoned Project Management Professional with over a decade of broad-based experience in Marketing Communications and Brand Engagement. Taiwo is a member of national and international professional bodies including ICEN, NIMN and PMP. He has been involved in several marketing endeavours, recording enviable success in managing and delivering best-in class communication solutions. He is passionate about supporting start-ups and social intervention initiatives.

Eunice Okunlola

OPERATIONS LEAD

A Chartered accountant and graduate of Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University with over 14 years experience in the finance and operational arm of marketing communication industry. She worked with McCann Erikson Worldwide under their Nigeria auspices.Also worked with the finance team in setting up processes and procedures that supported the servicing of high profile client like MasterCard, Unilever, Coca-Cola Nigeria Ltd, MTN, Guinness Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria and Nigeria's Apex Financial regulatory body CBN amongst others. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. and presently oversees Brooks and Blake financial management and operations across its West and Central African hub.

Dayo Oladele-Ilori

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Dayo holds an MBA from Business School Netherland (BSN), a certified Oracle Database Administrator (OCP-DBA), member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and an executive coach. In the capacity of a consultant, corporate trainer and not-for-profit executive, Dayo has partnered/ worked with organizations such as UNICEF, Frigoglass, First bank, Coca-Cola, UAC Foods, Schlumberger, Cardinal Stone Partners, Unilever, Fidson, Cadbury, APM Terminals, Superflux, Promat Peters and Accelerex. Beyond career, Dayo is passionate about grooming boys to become better men and raising a community of performance driven women. She Is the founder, WELEAD, a not-for-profit, author of three (3) books - Cruel Passion, You Shall be Fruitful and The Little Sunflower. She also hosts a weekly radio program, Mind Connect.
